This wiper linkage covers the Ford Focus (2000-2005) and replaces OE 5S4Z-17566-AA. Same footprint as the original part, with the pivot design reworked where the factory unit tends to fail.

Why the original part fails
The failure mode is predictable — a binding pivot, a rusty rod end or cracked plastic bushing. Replacing the whole assembly is normally quicker and safer than pressing in new bushings on a scored pin.
