Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fentewiperlinkage.com (the “Site”) and any quotation, order or supply of goods by Ruian Fente Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (“Fente”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Ruian Fente Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of windshield wiper linkage assemblies, established in 2012 and based in Zhejiang, China, with its principal place of business at Baosi Industry District, Tangxia Town, Ruian, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system
- Copy, scrape, harvest or re-publish substantial parts of the Site, including product data, images and text, without our written permission
- Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site
- Use our content in a way that misrepresents your relationship with Fente
Product Information and OE Reference Numbers
We describe our products using vehicle make, model, year and OE (original equipment) part numbers so that buyers can cross-reference them against the parts they already know. OE and OEM part numbers are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only. Their use does not imply that any part is manufactured by, authorised by, sponsored by or otherwise associated with any vehicle manufacturer. All vehicle manufacturer names, logos and part numbers are trademarks or trade references of their respective owners, and we claim no rights in them.
Product images, drawings, dimensions and specifications are indicative and are provided for guidance. Slight variations may occur between production batches. Where a specification is critical to your application, please confirm it with us in writing before ordering.
Quotations and Availability
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are subject to stock and production capacity, and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Availability, specifications and prices may change without notice before an order is confirmed.
Orders and Acceptance
An order you place is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice. We may decline an order, in whole or in part, for example where goods are unavailable, where payment or credit checks are not satisfied, or where export-control or sanctions rules apply.
Prices and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, duties and any local charges
- Our standard payment terms are T/T 30% deposit, with the balance payable before shipment
- Bank charges incurred outside China are for the buyer’s account
- We may require full payment in advance for first orders, small orders or customised items
Minimum Order Quantity
Our standard minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per item, unless a different figure is stated in the quotation.
Lead Time and Delivery
Standard production lead time is 7 to 30 days from receipt of deposit and confirmation of order details, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery is made on the Incoterms® 2020 term stated in the quotation, typically EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF. Risk in the goods passes in accordance with the applicable Incoterm. Any delivery dates given are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title in the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full.
Inspection, Shortages and Defective Goods
You must inspect the goods on arrival and notify us in writing of any shortage, damage or visible defect within 15 days of delivery, and of any latent defect promptly after discovery. Please retain the packaging and photographic evidence. Notifications received after these periods may not be accepted.
Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, modification or normal wear and tear, nor goods that have been stored or fitted incorrectly. Our obligation under this warranty is limited, at our option, to replacement of the defective goods or a credit against future orders. The warranty is given to the original buyer and is not transferable without our written consent.
Returns
Goods may not be returned without our prior written authorisation. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused, and must be accompanied by the return authorisation and the relevant invoice number. Return shipping costs are borne by the party responsible for the defect or error, as agreed in writing.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport or port disruption, shortage of materials, energy restrictions, or acts of government.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, drawings and the Fente name and logo, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission. Vehicle manufacturer trademarks and part numbers remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or your failure to comply with the laws and regulations that apply to your import, resale or installation of the goods.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to the competent court at our place of business, or to arbitration by agreement between the parties. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force for any order is the version published on the Site at the time the order confirmation is issued, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
